Our Duct Systems are constructed according to the provisions of the ‘’HVAC Duct Insulation Standards, Metal & Flexible’’ of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors’ National Association, Inc. (SMACNA).
As contractors we utilise indicated sizes, airflows, pressure classes and routing schedules in order to provide high efficiency and performance air ducts for any type of system performance.

Our company delivers various types of Metal Constructions upon request (metal beams, building sections, platforms, etc.).
We always verify that our products are delivered fully undamaged, after packing, handling and forwarding at the construction site and that final product are in accordance to specifications & regulations.

AIRKAT E.E. is a company operating in the field of HVAC Metal Duct Design, Construction, Installation and Maintenance, supporting both new-build and reconstruction projects. Our company undertakes projects from disassembly of pre existing HVAC systems through to final commissioning and hand over.
HISTORY
Our company, previously registered as E. N. KATSAMATSAS O. E., was established in Athens & has been operating since 1979 according to the requirements of Greek legislation & the HVAC National & International Associations. More than three decades of experience have led us into becoming a leading company in airduct design, construction & commissioning. We have long term cooperation and are highly trusted by appreciated National Commercial & Industrial Construction Companies.
PRODUCTION PLANT
Our headquarters are allocated within the industrial area of Moschato, in Athens and incorporate planning, design, billing offices & our manufacturing plant with a dynamic metal duct production capacity exceeding 5.000 kg/day.
The Constant modernization of our equipment, regarding both software and machinery, & the advanced technology for cutting and shaping of metal bearing the signature of well established and reliable International companies, allow us to perform the construction of channels and air ducts with modern CNC systems according to current specifications of SMACNA - ASHRAE.
Our need to respond to constantly growing market needs, combined to our willingness to keep unchanged construction quality has brought us to the acquisition of quality assurance and production sequence certificates from the American company licensed certification (Quality Equipment) BSRIA.
Our Flange Construction Equipment bearing the signature of LOCKFORMER (TDC &TDC II) has been tested and approved by BSRIA.

Verification that our products are delivered fully undamaged, after packing, handling and forwarding at the construction site and that proper protection of openings of the ducts is provided in order to ensure that final product is in accordance to specifications & regulations.
Commissioning is performed according to National & International Norms, Provisions and Regulations.
